Can a practitioner reschedule a session if he/she misses it?

Yes, a practitioner can reschedule a session if it is missed. To reschedule a session:

  • Sign in to the account. Go to "Sessions".
  • The missed lesson will be listed under the "Sessions".
  • Click on the "Reschedule Session" icon of the missed session.
  • A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the session for the customer and click "Send".

How can teachers enhance their profiles and make it outstanding?

Practitioners can include the YouTube link of their introduction video to make it more attractive. They can also include relevant information about themselves like biography, skills, experience and language spoken which also helps in making their profile outstanding.

How can customers schedule a lesson?

To schedule a session:

  • Sign in to the account. Go to "Practitioners" which will open a list of practitioners registered on the portal.
  • Select a practitioner with whom you want to schedule a session and go to his/her profile.
  • Customers can now either book a free trial session or purchase a session.
  • Booking a free trial will open the availability calendar of the practitioner. Customers can then select a date and time from the calendar and confirm the booking.
  • To purchase a session, customers are required to make the payment, and further schedule the session as per the availability of the practitioner.

How do new customers get started?

To get started on the platform, customers are required to register with their email account and verify it by clicking the link sent on their email address.

After the verification, customers can log in and set up their profile like picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.

Customers can then search for the practitioners as per their requirements by entering the subject/course name.

After shortlisting the practitioners, customers can book a free trial session with them to have a better understanding of the practitioner and see if they both can work together.

Post that, the customers can select a practitioner that suits them and continue with their sessions.


What are the trial sessions? How can customers schedule trial sessions?

Trial sessions are the initial sessions between the practitioners and customers as a way of exchanging introductions. Practitioners give a brief introduction session so that both of them can decide whether working together is a good fit.

Trial sessions can last anyway from 30 minutes to an hour and are free of cost. Customers can book the trial session by:

  • Find a practitioner you want to book a trial with.
  • On their detailed information page you will see a 'Book Free Trial' button.
  • Clicking the 'Book Free Trial' button will open their availability calendar from where you can select the date and time for your trial sessions.
  • Click 'Book Session' which will redirect you to the checkout page where you have to 'Confirm Order'. Your trial lesson is then booked.

The system allows each customer to take one trial session per practitioner.
