Seeing, Hearing, Touching, Smelling, Tasting consciousness gather data for the 6th consciousness – our mind to make sense of the data , the 7th consciousness – the egoistic mind create stories, life experiences; it’s also where the self-created suffering starts! All the predispositions traits of thoughts alike a memory stick store in the 8th layer of consciousness
Apart from the 8th consciousness , the 1st to 7th can be unlearnt, learn to change the way you want to experience, it’s totally up to you!
The Right Knowledge is the foundation of all the unlearnings, the perspective can be shifted, based on what we learn, hence the thoughts, the feelings change, so do the choices of action!
It’s easy to de-structure the layers yet it can cause us eon of life time to unlearnt, to learn the right perspective, to remove the defilements and grasping of thoughts, to tame the mind and perhaps to enlightenment!
