I devote time on Well-being practices, and the well-being becomes me! My regular practice to keep a calm, steady, declutter mind with traditional yoga, mindfulness and one-pointed concentration, breath work, eating light, guided meditation for reflection, incorporate Yoga and Buddhism philosophy in daily life to make decision and action!
I started to offer services helping people to realize the power of thought, showing people ways to achieve goals, taking approach of one step at a time to take actions. Life is unfolding by itself when we take actions.
